Browserbase is a San Francisco company that sells cloud-hosted headless browsers for AI agents: “Browserbase gives AI agents a browser to operate in” (its own channel description). Its founder and CEO is Paul Klein IV. It had a team of “75 strong” in September 2026, says it has run more than 500 million browser sessions, and maintains the open-source automation framework Stagehand. In 2026 it ran its first conference, Navigate 2026, and publishes a YouTube channel with conference talks and an interview series, Navigators (“conversations with the people building the agentic future”).

Promoted to an entity page on 12 October 2026, when the Browserbase channel became the author: of three source pages (the agentic-web and computer-use material in the October 2026 batches).

People associated with Browserbase

  • Paul Klein IV — founder and CEO; keynote speaker at Navigate 2026 and host of Navigators. Not yet an entity page: he appears as a speaker, not in author: (which is the channel), so the author-promotion rule does not apply. Promote if a source outside Browserbase’s own channel features him.

Browserbase sells infrastructure for agents that use websites, and its guests are often its customers or partners (Collison says Browserbase is “well on its way to becoming a huge Stripe company”). Its talks argue that agents will use the web at scale and that computer use is the way they will do it. Treat claims on that thesis as coming from an interested party. The host also states a position in the Fireflies episode: “every application layer company becomes an infrastructure company,” and usage pricing is “aligned to customer incentives.”
